Host Lynn Ruthless will tell you how it is, tell you how it isn't, and won't apologize. Coming to the podcast with a background and education in substance abuse, counseling, and community and human services along with her unwavering passion for wellness, Lynn is a force to be reckoned with. She likes classy art, serene music and cooking bad ass meals. Lynn is just as quick to drop relevant knowledge as she is to roast you to a crisp

Co-host and producer, Blue the Barbarian is a conglomerate of plusses and minuses. He works as an equipment technician. In his spare time, he's a crappy bass player, a body builder who is closer to a body duct taper, and a casual gamer who couldn't hit a headshot to save anyone's life. An intellectual space cadet of a thinker with severely undiagnosed ADHD, he survives. To Blue, wellness is a constant state of self awareness and improvement.
